INEXSO - A strongly growing and owner-managed company
The owner-managed and fully self-financed INEXSO GmbH was founded in Oldenburg, Lower Saxony, Germany, in July 2002. The founders and managing directors have been successfully developing powerful systems for customer communication since 1998. Thus, nearly 25 years ago, the first German email response management system was created under the name DialogCenter.
As a long-standing specialist in web-based communication software, INEXSO offers companies customised solutions for managing their customer communication. The portfolio ranges from product development and adaptation to the customer's business processes to consulting and employee training.
With INEXSO products, a reduction in customer enquiries, automatic distribution within the organisation, targeted support during processing and an increase in quality are achieved. The result is an optimisation of work processes and saving of resources, which leads to cost advantages. With its web-based software, INEXSO primarily targets internal and external call centers as well as medium-sized and large companies with a high volume of contacts.
