INEXSO has bundled these activities in a service package. INEXSO ERM Starter includes a 2-day briefing for your employees and one month of premium user support.

Our entire customer communication in 20 countries runs via INEXSO software. Thus, a technician must be available at all times, even outside of operating hours if necessary. INEXSO has been providing us with very professional and reliable support here for many years.

INEXSO software is ideally suited for customisation. Over 40% of our customers work with a customised INEXSO system.

The requirements for a response management solution are as diverse as the industries. They range from additional data fields and triggered automation of process routines to specific evaluations and complex interfaces to 3rd party systems. This is an excellent USP of INEXSO.

INEXSO takes care of the entire service spectrum for you, from the procurement of suitable hardware to the operation and administration of the hardware and software. You do not need any resources to operate your INEXSO solution. Around 50% of our customers work on a system hosted by INEXSO.

With Software as a Service, INEXSO adds an "On Demand" solution to its product family. The software is provided from the cloud and billed exclusively according to actual use. No minimum size, no minimum term. INEXSO ERM as a rental model is therefore particularly interesting for companies without their own IT or with seasonally or project-related strongly fluctuating communication volumes.

INEXSO operates your email response software in a professional data centre (certified according to ISO 27001). You do not have to worry about purchasing, installing or maintaining hardware and software.

Simply concentrate on your core business. Start with a Software as a Service solution - volume-based - with no limit on users from just 281.50 EUR per month. If you only have fewer users, INEXSO offers the option of alternative - user-based - licensing.
